Contagious diseases can be easily passed on from one individual to another either by physical contact with the person with the said disease or by contact with objects that they have touched. That is why one always has to be cautious of his/her surroundings. There are several contagious diseases such as Tuberculosis, flu, measles, HIV/AIDS, and many more. Tuberculosis is one of the top 10 most common and fatal diseases in the Philippines. According to Dr. Didoy Lubaton, tuberculosis is responsible for 5% of deaths in the country each year. Because of these many contagious diseases, one must have these three solutions to help prevent any of these diseases from taking over our bodies.
